Subprocessors

These are the companies that process customer data so that Servabo can run. The list is derived from the connections Servabo's code makes and the providers this service is configured to use; a test fails if the code reaches a provider that is not listed here.

Not subprocessors
- Optical character recognition (PaddleOCR), search indexing (SentenceTransformers) and result re-ranking run on Servabo's own server: no third party sees your documents for them.
- If you connect your own AI provider key, your own ERP, warehouse, webhook endpoint, identity provider or mail server, Servabo sends data there on your instruction; those providers work for you, under your contract with them.
- The website (servabo.app) is static pages served by Cloudflare Pages; it sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
